Coggins Test

Any Horse, Donkey or Mule that is adopted that will be taken across any State Line requires a Coggins before being picked up from our facility. This must be pre-paid before the animal is picked up, so that our Vet will have time for the test and the test results to be available to us. A copy of the Coggins and Health Paperwork must be in your possession while transporting any Horse, Donkey or Mule across State Lines.

Horse/Dog Cruelty Reporting Form

If you know of a Horse and/or Dog that is be abused please get involved and let us know so that we can help that animal. We will forward the information to the proper authorities and we will follow through with the findings and your name will remain anonymous. [perma link]

Currently at Hooves & Paws Rescue of The Heartland, Inc. we are looking for individual & corporate sponsors for our rescued horses, donkeys, mules dogs & puppies. You can sponsor one or more of our animals with a one time donation, or by making monthly donations. You can donate as much or as little as you would like. All donations are used for the animals vet care, food & housing needs. [perma link]
