Meet Black Betty. Black Betty was one of three puppies at the age of (5) weeks old that was abandoned in a box outside a dumpster on March 3, 2008. Black Betty had severe wounds all over her little body when she was found and her fur was full of blood. We have had Black Betty to our Vet on several occasions and our Vet feels that she is not adoptable due to fear and behavior issues.
